We want you hitting better shots, not fighting your gear. This policy governs purchases made through exo-golf.com and is governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable US federal law.
1. Perfect Fit Guarantee
Try your EXO glove on at home. If the fit is not right, we will exchange it free of charge. No forms, no friction.

Gloves that have been used on the range or course are not eligible for fit exchange. Trying the glove on for sizing does not constitute use.
2. Standard Returns
We accept returns on unused, unwashed items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

A flat $5.99 restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns to cover merchant handling costs. Return shipping labels are provided at no cost to you for all valid return requests.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns. If your order qualified for free shipping, a standard shipping fee of $6.99 may be deducted from your refund.
4. Limited Manufacturing Warranty
EXO warrants your glove against defects in materials and workmanship for 14 days from the date of delivery. If your glove is defective, we will replace it or refund you in full at our discretion.
Golf gloves are consumable performance products. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, friction-based deterioration, damage from misuse or improper care, or gloves used with cord grips. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Print out the label, attach it to your package, and ship the item back using the instructions provided. Retain your tracking number. |
