Try your EXO glove on at home. If the fit is not right, we will exchange it free of charge. No forms, no friction.

Gloves that have been used on the range or course are not eligible for fit exchange. Trying the glove on for sizing does not constitute use.

We accept returns on unused, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

A flat $4.99 payment processing fee — separate from any restocking fee — applies to change-of-mind returns to cover non-refundable merchant processing costs. This covers non-refundable payment processing costs and will be communicated to you before your return is finalised.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns. If your order qualified for free shipping, a standard shipping fee of $6.99 may be deducted from your refund.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before your order has been fulfilled and shipped. You will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Once an order has been fulfilled and a shipping label generated, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead initiate a return upon delivery under the standard returns process above.

If EXO Golf cancels your pre-order for any reason, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.

EXO Golf warrants your glove against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery. If your glove is defective, we will replace it or refund you in full at our discretion.

Golf gloves are consumable performance products. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, friction-based deterioration, damage from misuse or improper care, or gloves used with cord grips. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.
