At EXO Golf, we value precision and transparency. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and responsibilities so you know exactly what to expect when you order from exo-golf.com.
1. Launch and Fulfilment Timeline
Pre-order phase active
We are currently in our pre-order phase. Shipping is scheduled to begin on May 20, 2026.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. In compliance with California's Honest Pricing Law (SB 478), all mandatory shipping fees are disclosed before you complete your purchase.

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control are not our liability.
3. Delivery Responsibility
We want your EXO gear to arrive safely. Here is how we handle delivery issues.

| Lost in transit | If a carrier confirms your package as lost in transit, we will provide a full replacement or refund. We file the carrier claim on your behalf. |
| Misdelivered by carrier | If the carrier delivers to an address different from the one you provided at checkout, we will arrange a replacement or refund. |
| Incorrect address provided by customer | We are not responsible for orders lost or misdelivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address entered at checkout. Please verify your address carefully before placing your order. |
| Stolen after confirmed delivery | If a package is confirmed as delivered to the correct address but subsequently stolen, we will assist you in filing a carrier inquiry. Outcomes are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. |
4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is generated. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking status to update once the carrier has scanned your package.
If you have not received a confirmation email within 3 business days of your expected dispatch date, please check your spam folder before contacting us at hello@exo-golf.com.
5. Order Consolidation
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all pre-order inventory has been processed and is ready for dispatch.
If you need in-stock items sooner, please place them as a separate order.
6. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. This is consistent with our Terms of Service.
Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, EXO Golf's shipping responsibility is fulfilled. Any issues arising after confirmed delivery are subject to the delivery responsibility terms in Section 3 above.
